Administrator - Sales and Operations
About the Position
Our client, a service company based in Dublin 12 are looking for a sales and operations administrator to join their busy team. This is a contract role with a view to permanency and requires an immediate start
Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for all service supervisors, who provide on-site customer service
- Order management – load and process all orders on SAP.
- Prepare all the relevant documentation for orders.
- Ensure all of the health and safety documentation is completed and up to date
- Provide regular reports on the progress of maintenance as they progress through the stages.
- Advise all relevant parties of new orders, schedules, dispatches & deliveries
- Compile disbursements and monitor payments
Experience/Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years sales and operations administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
- Professional manner and approach.
- Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a busy team.
- Ability to multi-task and has a flexible attitude.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Remuneration Package
€35,000 - €45,000
