About the Position

This role reports directly to the HR Director and will have 3 direct reports. It is a permanent role based in North Dublin. Hybrid working Model

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist expertise on employment legislation and best practice process. Apply knowledge of legislation and understanding of IR environments to advise and support people managers with employee issues, to proactively improve the employee relations experience, and enhance great company processes. And coach HR partnering team in supporting employee programs, queries and issues.
  • Manage, review, and optimise all local HR policy, processes and procedure across the employee lifecycle in line with regional standards, ensuring they are seamless and compliant with all local legislation controls.
  • Continuously improve people data processes and reporting - track and analyse trends in reports and dashboards, that will help support the HR function. And assist the HR partnering team in understanding data insights.
  • Manage projects that support key HR priorities, leading the scoping, planning, delivery and reporting against agreed milestones, working collaboratively in partnership with the HR function expertise and wider stakeholders.
  • Proactively supporting cultural initiatives – employee engagement, employee self-service, health & wellbeing and diversity & inclusion.
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the HR function by strategically aligning the HR Operations to meet the needs of the growing business. Coach and develop direct reports to contribute to strong team performance and ensure individual goal achievement.

Experience/Requirements

  • 3rd level Qualification, e.g. BS/BA and 2 years+ of high level professional experience working in a multifaceted HR team perquisite.
  • Full clean driving license necessary.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including coordinating key resources, creating project schedules & action logs, tracking, risk/issue management, status reporting and key stakeholder comms
  • Expert knowledge of Irish employment legislation, industrial relations/union communications, human resource functions processes, policy and procedure and substantial expertise in using that knowledge to provide strategic advice and support to the business, ensure robust data reporting and processes are in place and utilised.
  • A proven team player with advanced influencing and communication abilities and a track record of building strong working relationships and exercising sound judgement and problem solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and well developed numerical, data analysis and writing ability with a high standard of administrative and MS Office skills
  • Experience managing people in a multinational environment with a strong focus on customer service an advantage.

 

Remuneration Package

€70,000 plus 15% bonus, and excellent benefits
