They are a world leading, global logistics organisation.
About the Position
The Purpose of the HR IT Systems Project Manager is managing all HR systems, applications (including payroll) and portals, managing data integrity, required upgrades, and implementations of new systems. Coordinate and manage local HR digitalisation projects and tasks to support the HR Function under the guidance of the HR Director and team. This will be an initial 12-18 month contract but is likely to be made permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage the IE country rollout of a new HR system, ensuring full integration with local HR and payroll systems, to deliver on the systems architecture proposal, without compromising on HR service delivery. Entails working with Global/EU application rollout teams and regional PMs who are driving the rollouts of standardized HR systems across countries.
Spearhead the country HR systems strategy and digitalisation drive, implementing efficient and automated best in class HR process, transforming current systems, document management and processes to be efficient, consistent, and streamlined for accountability, accuracy and efficiency.
Drive data accuracy and consistency to ensure the business is able to make clear data-led decisions. Map process guides ensuring segregation of duties and data integrity processes.
Assist the HR team in preparation and creation of HR reporting and data analysis for key subject matter areas such as Applicant Tracking, Performance Management and Management Reporting.
Complete assessment of Learning Management System and L&D reporting and deliver LMS optimisation
Experience/Requirements
Excellent Project Management skills, including assembling project teams from key resources, creating project schedules & action logs, tracking, risk/issue management, status reporting and key stakeholder comms.
Good communication skills both orally and written with the ability to produce high quality and effective documentation/reports on complex issues, sometimes at short notice.
Proven IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Technical aptitude or willingness to learn new systems, concepts, and methods as industry & initiatives dictate.
Attention to detail, commitment to quality work product, and well organized.
Team player to participate and support the needs of the entire HR team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Some Business Analysis/requirements gathering skills and Change Management skills would be an advantage.
Experience in HR systems implementation would be an advantage.
Ability to participate in an organisation with a strong focus on business/supplier relationships
Ability to create collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers & stakeholders.
Results oriented and driven by a strong focus on high quality delivery.
Ability to multi-task and take the initiative to ensure delivery of promises during any periods of adversity/challenge.

Strong communications and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills.
2+ Years Project Management or relevant Business Analyst experience.
2+ Years’ experience in a PMO/programme office environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, principles, practices & procedures.
Experience in large organization with high volume/high transaction environment
Understanding and perspective of technology and services and their value and application to the business.
3rd level Qualification or related work experience in related discipline and 0-2 years of experience in related field
Willingness to obtain professional certification (e.g. Prince2/PMI)
Remuneration Package
€60,000 - €70,000 plus bonus and additional benefits
