Travel and Expenses Co-Ordinator (F.T.C.)

About the Position

The T&E Coordinator is responsible for administering and monitoring global travel expenses activities, including administering the corporate credit card program, monitoring employee compliance, assisting employees with inquiries as needed, and liaising with external parties

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and escalate non-compliance as needed

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees/contractors related to expense    reporting (i.e. submitting credit card applications, setting up employee vendor codes)

• Administer and monitor corporate credit card program

• Manage key relationships with bank to ensure continuous functioning of TER processes

• Provide help-desk support to all employees related to travel expenses activities per agreed upon SLAs and timeframes

• Perform period-close activities related to travel expenses including (but not limited to) account reconciliations, rebate processing, and audit support

• Communicate timely and effectively with stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner

• Function as a member of a team, demonstrating effective teamwork and relationship building

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum Associate’s degree in business, finance, or accounting

• 1+ years T&E or related experience, preferably in a GBS environment

• Working knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systems

• Knowledge of TER programs/activities (including credit card programs, expense audits, etc..)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors and customers

• Strong analytical and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Read, write and speak English, additional language skills a plus

Remuneration Package

Salary- €30,000-€38,000
