Our client provides asset and liability management services to the Irish Government. It has evolved from a single function agency managing the National Debt to a manager of a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities

About the Position

This role provides business and administration support to the Stratigic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI )CEO, Senior Management team, and across the SBCI. The successful applicant will act as a key point of contact for the SBCI with internal and external stakeholders.This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and to learn about the full breadth of the SBCI business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general business and administrative support for the SBCI Leadership team
  • Development and maintenance of SBCI presentation packs
  • Managing email, diary and other communications for the CEO
  • Plan and organise key team events for the SCBI team
  • Assist with the preparation of team member expenses records
  • Collation of information and preparation of reports required by CEO
  • Manage travel and accommodation requests for the SBCI team
  • Managing the SBCI office requirements including incoming post and ordering, managing stationery and office supplies, IT requirements, desks etc.
  • Key liaison for Services such as Facilities / Health & Safety / Fire warden etc (if such things exist!)
  • Responsible for the maintenance and delivery of SBCI induction plan
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings: booking rooms, catering, equipment, etc.
  • Act as liaison between external and internal stakeholders
  • Document key project delivery plans for CEO and SMT
  • Ad hoc project and administration work as required
 

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a business support (or similar) role within a financial services environment or similar
  • Previous experience in an administrative position in a large organisation, ideally assisting a range of team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Remuneration Package

€45,000 - €50,000 plus excellent benefits
