About the Position

Our client, a university are looking to recruit several administrators for contract positions due to an increase in workload. These roles will be hybrid and are busy and diverse and require an immediate start

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Run automated or routine reports to support established departmental/work unit information requirements
  • Assist with the arrangements and/or support internal and external activities/meetings/events through detailed instruction or direction, collating and recording relevant information/documentation as requested
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with the Schools, Faculties and other administrative and support units within the University


  • Two years administration experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with call and inquiry management systems.
  • Experience working in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Remuneration Package

€16 per hour
