Administrator - HR

About the Position

Our client, an insurance company based in Dublin 2 are now recruiting for an administrator for their HR team for a one year contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator looking for experience in HR to join a supportive and inclusive team. This role will be based mainly on site

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR mailbox
  • Update and maintain HR systems
  • Process, verify and maintain HR documentation
  • Generate reports
  • Prepare and issue monthly payroll files
  • Responsible for coordinating all the recruitment administration from end to end
  • Manage annual leave and absenteeism reports
  • Coordinate and provide induction sessions for new starters
  • Act as point of contact for day-to-day HR related issues
  • Provide administrative support for any other ad hoc projects as required


  • Over Three year's previous experience in a busy administration role ideally within HR
  • An excellent working knowledge of the MS office suite
  • Experience with Sharepoint
  • High level of discretion required
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills – fluent English is essential
  • Excellent administration skills and must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
  • HR qualification an advantage

Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €45,000 plus benefits
