Our client are a professional services firm based in Dublin 2 are currently looking to recruit for a Personal Assistant.
About the Position
This is a busy and very varied Personal Assistant role and will require the successful candidate to be proactive and work on their own initiative. This role will be hybrid working 2 days in office with flexible start/finish times.
Comprehensive and proactive diary and email inbox management.
Arrange weekly/monthly meetings as required – prepare meeting packs as necessary.
Provide high level business support.
Manage ad-hoc projects.
Prepare Power Point presentations and assist on proposals
Process expense claims.
Assist in the financial management of the portfolio of clients.
Maintain internal databases.
Prepare and record expense claims ensuring compliance with firm policy.
General administrative duties to include processing expense claims, travel bookings; incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, archiving etc.
Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to understand the business and client needs.
Become involved in marketing initiatives/ event management.
Organise team lunches, nights out/client entertainment.
Assist with any other ad-hoc projects and duties as appropriate.
3-5 years+ Personal Assistant experience ideally in a professional services environment.
Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised with a sense of urgency on day-to-day duties and tasks.
Advanced PC skills including applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience in completion of high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
Strong time management & organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise urgent tasks.
Very reliable with a high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability.
Proactive approach to planning, managing potential problems and offering solutions.
The ability to be discreet and handle confidential information and matters.
A working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
€40,000 - €50,000 plus excellent benefits package
