About the Position

This is an exciting new role of Senior HR Business Partner, with a track toward HR Director before end of 2023.

Overall responsibility for the employee journey and HR team management. Reporting to the COO but with direct access to CEO, CFO, Board and Chairman.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Headcount management – ensure roles are justified, efficiencies reviewed, cross departmental considerations reviewed
  • Supervise and drive the recruitment process across business and clinical teams
  • Run HR admin function to conduct screening, contracts, reference checks, onboarding

Talent Development

  • Working with department heads and individuals to identify personal development goals
  • Assist department heads set KPI’s for their team and ensure KPI’s are regularly monitored, reset as necessary
  • Manage training needs and budget and provide business case for this investment
  • Work with department heads to develop scalable and efficient training tools

Incentive Planning

  • Work with CFO and CEO to identify and deliver performance enhancing incentives
  • Monitoring of performance and value against KPI’s
  • Continued benchmarking of base salary and benefits

Communications Management

  • Design and deliver induction programs such that new employees understand the key business processes and their contribution
  • Employee engagement across remote teams in UK and Ireland

Performance Management

  • Ideally identify performance issues before they happen
  • Work with line managers and resources to document, address and rectify any performance issues
  • Conduct exit interviews as necessary and build in a continual learning and improvement 
Technical
  • Oversight of payroll process – with HR Generalist, outsource payroll and Head of Finance
  • Ownership of HR systems, efficiencies and scalability across multiple jurisdiction
  • Annual and in-year salary reviews

Experience/Requirements

Critical

  • 3+ years at Business Partner or above
  • Candidates should ideally have a third level qualification in HR or a suitable alternative qualification and hold current membership of CIPD
  • Experience in high growth / change management environments (ideally with HR BP being a new role to the company).  Ideally in mid-sized company. 
  • UK experience
  • Relevant experience working with 3rd party providers (legal, payroll, industry specific regulatory bodies)

Preferred

  • Exposure to healthcare / clinical psychology environment
  • At minimum, demonstrable experience weaving HR into a new / disruptive sector
  • International experience

Remuneration Package

€70,000 - €80,000 plus benefits
