Our client is the worlds leading animal health company, which uses science to advance care for animals is looking to hire a Receptionist for their new Global Business Service Centre based in South Dublin. About the Position

The primary role of the receptionist will be to ensure the efficient operation and day to day management of the reception. As the first point of contact for clients the receptionist will lead front of house of the company. In addition to receptionist duties the role will also in tale the role of office co-ordinator. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensuring the Internal Directory is up to date and distributed to relevant contacts 
•    Maintaining up to date email distributions lists 
•    Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
•    Manage calendars and ensure meeting requests are tracked and kept up to date 
•    Manage all catering requests for meeting rooms (with instruction/requests from meeting organisers) and co-ordinating with caterers on site
•    Act as on-site facilities co-ordinator to include following Facilities implemented Fire/Evacuation Procedures, act as Fire Safety/Evacuation lead, with assistance of two nominated Fire Wardens 
•    Overseeing the day to day running of the office and carrying out weekly spot checks. Taking immediate action when needed 
•    Monitor desk allocation based on new starters and leavers and work with EAs, in conjunction with nominated Facilities representative, to ensure co-ordinated plan is in place to cater for needs 
 

Experience/Requirements

•   5-10+ years experience Receptionist/ Administrator
•    Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
•    Use of finance systems such as SAP and Ariba are advantage but training can be provided
•    Health and Safety training desirable 
•    High level of attention to detail
•    Previous experience in a corporate B environment an advantage 
•    Good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across different management levels
•    Can do attitude 
•    Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently

 

Remuneration Package

•    €35000-€45000 salary plus excellent benefits
