Financial Reporting Assistant Manager
Our client a global Financial Services company based in Dublin are recruiting a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager within their team. This is a new position due to growth from new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan the accounts preparation/audit process.
- Liaise regularly with clients and auditors.
- Review financial statements and underlying files, to ensure timely sign off and filing.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Resolve any issues arising in the accounts preparation/audit process.
- Implement and update Financial Reporting Procedures.
- Manage, coach and motivate staff.
- Engage in the training and personal/technical development of staff.
Experience/Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience with Big 4 Practice or Financial Services industry
- Experience within Funds/ investment and asset management preferred.
- 0-1 year+ people management experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills.
