About the Company

Our client are a leading financial services organisation based in Dublin 2. They are known as a great place to work and this role will provide excellent experience.
 

About the Position

They have an immediate requirement for a Level 2 support. This is an onsite role initially for three months. It is onsite Monday to Friday and normal office hours.


Key Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Telephone support
  • Building of Desktops (laptop, Pc, VDIs)
  • 2nd level Desktop remote/desk-side troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 skills essential
  • Application software support
  • Ensure relevant documentation is maintained and procedures followed
  • 100% of all tickets are closed within SLA times
  • Professional approachable manner. Proactive at all times
  • Liaising with third party vendors
  • Second line support for escalations from first line IT support team
  • Maintain current and new end user client device integrity, security, and virus protection

 

Experience/Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous experience in a similar environment.
  • Good technical skills and can work in a busy environment
  • Very good communication skills

 

Remuneration Package

Good daily rate on offer.
