About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Global Healthcare group with multiple sites across Ireland. They develop, manufacture and supply a range of Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, Medical Devices and Diagnostics Globally. They have a presence in Ireland with multiple manufacturing operations and commercial offices. 

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to develop/support/maintain materials planning for a multi-product biopharma manufacturing site across 3 locations. The role will require strong knowledge and experience of production, inventory and planning systems in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MRP for multi product manufacturing site across 3 different buildings
  • Support the integration into current SAP practices in all Buildings
  • Support demand and production planning in SAP
  • Develop and manage material inventory reporting tools to support business objectives (Projected inventories, Projected Obsolence etc)
  • Develop and manage manufacturing volume reporting tools to support business objectives 
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Lead or support other SAP related projects
  • Efficiently manage and ensure business Compliance, Accuracy, and Standardization of  Material Master Data for Supply Chain

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Administration or related disciplines applicable to Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Pharma (Sterile) /BioPharma Manufacturing or related industry
  • APICS certification or equivalent is highly desired
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of production, inventory and planning systems in SAP
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in utilizing analytical tools, spreadsheets and databases to develop reports for strategic planning and communication
  • Proven ability to lead and drive change to meet short and long term objectives.
  • Ability to function and influence in a team matrix environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing preferred

Remuneration Package

€60,000 to €70,000 depending on experience
