HR Generalist

About the Position

This is a great HR Generalist opportunity that provides a defined pathway towards a future HR Business Partner role. This role will work in partnership with the HR Business Partner to provide a comprehensive and professional service to key stakeholders in the business and will provided great exposure to all elements of HR. This role will be based in Dublin 9 and will be mainly office based
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of relationships with key stakeholders
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Employee Relations & Probation support
  • Contract of employment and payroll administration
  • Employee Permits
  • General Human Resources administration

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum of two years HR Administration experience
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a computerised office environment
  • Leaving certificate or equivalent (NFQ Level 5) and ideally a degree Human Resources or a related area and be a member of the CIPD
  • Relevant Business/Administration qualification
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus both internally and externally
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative.

Remuneration Package

€35,000 -€50,000 plus benefits
