Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's diary to prioritise meetings based on business need and organisational priorities
• Organise complex global travel and meetings: managing all aspects of travel, meetings, logistics, participants, agendas, actions and follow up
• Work closely with GMS Communications in preparing for quarterly Town Halls
• Preparation for Executive Team meetings by tracking Agenda topics and assemble and prepare presentations and pre-reads.
• Develop effective relationships with the full leadership team and act as a buffer to the CEO
• Provide administrative and organisational support
• Work closely with GMS Finance in preparing of annual budget and operational plans
• Manage the Admin Assistant to the leadership team to ensure that the role requirements are being fulfilled

• Relevant Business qualification 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working at C-Suite/board level in a global company
• Fully conversant with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and communication devices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, reliable, and demonstrating sound judgment and discretion in order to deal with confidential information 
• Fluent in English and comfortable in communicating with top management and external partners and stakeholders
• Adaptability to unexpected situations, problem solver

Remuneration Package

The salary for this role is 70,000-80,000 DOE.
Other benefits include company car/car allowance, pension plan, private medical insurance and bonus.
