Financial Accountant
About the Company
Our client, a global general Insurance company based in Dublin City Centre, has a requirement for an experienced financial accountant to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the production of monthly / quarterly management accounts and financial reporting as required;
- Support the Controller and Chief Financial Officer with the production of ad hoc Finance exhibits and analysis, as required;
- Ongoing review of processes to streamline and address changing needs
- Engage with internal and external auditors with control procedures and reporting requirements
- Be flexible and provide support across Finance as required.
Experience/Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience within an insurance company is essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and general IT skills, with experience of working with large quantities of data.
- Experience delivering reports to senior management.
- Excellent communicator with experience building relationships within the business to ensure high quality information is communicated.
Remuneration Package
€65,000 - €75,000 + Bonus & Benefits

- Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
