About the Company
My client, based in Limerick and with a great remote working / hybrid working policy, is a global technology led organisation specialising in the provision of IT and business managed services to global insurers. They now require an Agile Coach.

About the Position
As an Agile Coach you will advise business and technology leaders in product deliver, architecture, UI/UX, compliance and QA on the adoption SAFe and Lean-Agile principles including the development of a Lean-Agile mindset.

Experience/Requirements

• Coach and train Agile Release Trains through the implementation of SAFe to empower stakeholders with the skills to ensure that commitments to deliver business value were maintained.
• Advise delivery leads on Agile delivery strategy for multiple applications delivered in multiple countries
• Contribute to Lean-Agile practices and collaborated on an improved approach to QA in an agile environment.
• Delivered SAFe training to teams in Ireland and abroad.
• Provide thought leadership to the coaching team in areas of DevOps, Kanban and Agile Testing.
• Experience with healthcare providers is a plus.
• Working within a Lean Agile Centre of Excellence.
• People management experience.
