About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to drive and support Organisational Development through delivering strategic Organisational Development programmes and initiatives across several key areas such as engagement, change, wellbeing, and community.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of an overall integrated Employee Value Proposition in key areas such as culture, change, wellbeing, engagement, and community.
  • Lead or participate in projects & initiatives that build employee engagement, employee experience and implementation of people priorities. 
  • Identify and develop new people priorities or initiatives.
  • Identify and addressing people related challenges and trends and drive timely key responses that engage employees and enhance  overall employee experience. 
  • Manage existing key internal & external partnerships in the areas of organisational development that will benefit the delivery of the overall people strategy.
  • Lead or support employee events that bring our culture alive.
  • Interact with senior management to further embed key organisational development topics into the organization's culture and strategy.
  • Lead activity that supports employee engagement including the implementation of a Group employee listening strategy.
  • Work with the internal communications team to ensure that they  promote content both internally and externally to support the employee experience and culture.


  • A relevant qualification in organisational development, occupational psychology or strategic HR preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Understanding and experience working in the areas of employee engagement, employee experience or/and organisational development.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a strong interest in employee communications.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders.

Remuneration Package

€65-70,000 per annum plus benefits
