First Line Risk Assurance Specialist

About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of first line audit plans for TPM through the development and implementation of a robust risk assessment process.
• Execute audit reviews including defining the scope of reviews, test plans, execution of testing and final reports.  Complete issue assurance testing to validate that remedial actions have been implemented effectively.
• Actively build relationships, including with other assurance functions, to ensure you keep abreast of best practices and assurance developments.
• Be a strong team player with the proven ability to work with others to accomplish common objectives.
• Be a self-starter with the energy and drive to learn to use technology to improve processes and solve problems under their own direction.

Experience/Requirements

• Have a proven understanding and experience of financial services industry products and regulations, specific knowledge of areas within COO and/or TPM would be an advantage.
• Have a proven experience of Risk Management in a Banking environment and associated risks, clear understanding and knowledge of risk management and audit methodologies.
