About the Position

Key Responsibilities
 

• Working with each person in the sales team to facilitate achievement of their targets/goals

• Training sales staff

• Ensuring utilization of the CRM and compliance with sales processes and procedures

• Coordinating all sales effort with professional placement department, T&L recruitment, Finance and the management team

• Dealing with issues that arise on all sites and with all clients

• Proactively work with and lead your team to support their success in achieving ambitious sales targets, driving further growth for the company.

• Design, develop and oversee the implementation of a successful and strategic sales plan to further grow  customer base and revenue. 

• Regularly report sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management and leadership team.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging markets, marketplace changes and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities for the sales team and wider organization.
• Spear head the move into new markets and new businesses
• Build, foster and promote the successful development of long-term relationships with clients

Experience/Requirements
 

• Proven experience as both a sales representative and sales manager and demonstrated ability in meeting and exceeding targets.

• Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies and to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Strong strategic and critical thinker with an excellent ability for problem-solving and working as a team player.

• Previous knowledge of and experience working in the construction industry, along with a strong business sense and expertise.
