Key Responsibilities

• Continuous team capability building through active coaching of the team to increase autonomy, participation in key planned activities and projects to role model and coach teams
• Proactively develops plans and manages resources to drive improvements
• Actively leads and champions the safety agenda, leading safety improvement activities, further strengthening the safety culture and mentality in the team
• Manage the Logistics Operations budget ensuring costs are in line with agreed targets

Experience/Requirements

• Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment
• Third-level qualification in the Supply Chain field
• Strong leadership skills, a confident and effective decision maker, with a proven leadership ability to negotiate and influence others.
• Proven interpersonal skills on a team, department, and cross-departmental level
• Creative and empathic personality with a strong desire to achieve results together with others
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation both internal and external
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP
