The Company
Our client, a top tier firm based in Dublin has an opening for an associate or senior associate to join their Knowledge team as a
Commercial Knowledge Lawyer
Hybrid working model. This can be on a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Position
Reporting to the
Director of Knowledge and Head of the Commercial department, you will be responsible
assisting the firm’s fee earners with technical legal queries, monitoring legal developments and building the firm’s knowledge resources, including precedents and know how.
Providing expertise on
data protection and privacy, commercial contracts and competition law
Experience/Requirements
Qualified as a Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland
• 3 to 5 years relevant PQE in general corporate or commercial contracts
• Experience in data protection and privacy
• Excellent communication and research skills, and
• Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral communications skills are required
