Working: Remote-first (must be based in Ireland)

My client is a funded deep learning startup with very unique products. They are now expanding their temas over 2023 into areas such as Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure and Product Management. They have offices in Dublin city but they are a remote-first company and offer great compensation, benefits and career trajectories.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with Business needs and company vision
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to review product strategy and ensure alignment
  • Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with scalability and long-term vision in mind.
  • Lead technical discussions with a high level of independence including requirements, customer experience, and success KPIs
  • Represent the product and customer requirements to internal stakeholders by synthesizing requirements into a common set of product capabilities, writing very clear, thorough, and detailed end consumption solutions for complex features and key outcomes.
  • Develop product roadmaps in alliance with the Product Management Team
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes for end user consumption in sync with the problem statements and products
  • Conduct Business Intelligence and Data Ops Planning along with the technology team
  • Manage product and feature versioning based on market/product requirements
  • Liaise with engineering, other business units and cross-functional groups to ensure flawless execution
  • Provide status, action plan, and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with management, other product teams, operations, user experience, and external partners to coordinate activities toward delivering impact
  • Explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way


  • Understanding of product development cycle
  • Experience with product design
  • Ability to thrive in a cross functional setting and communicate effectively
  • Strong UX, technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
  • Experience in AI/ML product desired, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to launch and manage new product releases
  • Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner, influence and instill confidence with stakeholders across all functional teams
