About the Position

You will work on tender/ bid submissions across their Facilities, Food and Property service divisions. Together as a team, you will work to standardise templates while also creating highly bespoke and creative proposals. Every proposal will present unique challenges, opportunities, and learnings. You will get to work closely with the Sales Directors, Business Development Manages, Operations Directors and their support teams. This opportunity involves working with some amazing global brands! 

Key Responsibilities

The Tender Proposal Manager will have their own assigned bids which they will manage with our sales team, developing an approach and solution to be successful in the tender process.
  • Manage the Tender process through all stages to create innovative and best in class tender documents.
  • Work with sales, operations and support teams, graphic design team and fellow bid team members to ensure on-time completion and a high level of quality.
  • Deliver completed quality written proposal responses to Reviewers against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
  • Prepare proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders
  • Direct contribution of text to proposal documents and presentations
  • Understand the key tender win themes, or differentiators so that they are reflected within the proposal.


You will have strong creative writing and project management skills and be an ambitious Bid Manager with experience working on tender documents. The day-to-day environment will ask you to look beyond core tender management and to take a leading role in process improvement, solutions and win theme development. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a bid management role
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Creative writing skills
  • A high level of speed and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and be calm under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Word packages
  • Flexibility to work around deadlines and be highly organised
  • Ability to build professional relationships and good inter-personal skills
