About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Stock holding assessment and usage trend identification in conjunction with the Shared Service team in the UK
• Commodity Management i.e. fuel and oil
• Warranty Administration Management
• Surcharges and Exchange Unit (Dirty Core) Management
• Credit Notes and Return Order Management
• Conduct pricing exercises with approved suppliers in line with Group Policies and procedures
• Placing requisitions for VOR and stock parts
• Expediting parts, as and when required
• Invoice Query Resolution i.e. price, quantity
• Management of Stock taking activities
• Managing the Supply chain in line with Group Procurement guidelines
• Support the technical team when required
• Generate reports and undertake stock data analysis

Experience/Requirements

• Ability to understand and manage procurement systems
• CIPS Qualified or working towards
• Ability to operate safely in a workshop environment 
• Experience of using sourcing systems
• Use of procure to pay systems
• Bus, coach or vehicle component procurement experience
• Stock control and management
• Materials handling/logistics
• Microsoft suite of applications
• Full Driving Licence
