Senior Treasury Manager - Capital

About the Company

My Client is a global investment bank covering a range of products in commodities , infrastructure, ESG and aviation

About the Position

This role would see the successful candidate be a part of the banks group treasury department. Here you would be responsible for Managing the funding, Capital and liquidity position of the bank. Focus will be on the capital management of the banks Credit Institution domiciled in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting in the production and coordination of the suite of capital management documents, including ICAAP and policy and framework suite.
  • Maintaining the capital management governance framework, including providing reporting to regional committees and Boards
  • Recommending capital target levels and monitoring daily capital adequacy
  • Monitoring and oversight of capital adequacy, large exposures, and leverage with internal and regulatory requirements, and providing recommendations

Experience/Requirements

  • Degree in economics, finance or mathematics
  • 3-4 years experience in Treasury - capital at management.
  • Have a strong understanding of capital adequacy regulations (e.g., Basel accord, EU prudential regimes including Basel, CRD / CRR, and the Pillar 2 / ICAAP framework.
