Analyst, Registration Team, Shared Services, 12 Month FTC

My client, a multinational financial services company and one of the largest banks in the world by market capitalization. The bank serves over 16 million clients and has 86,000+ employees worldwide. My client are seeking an Analyst for their registration team in the Shared Services Dept,  on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

About the Position

Our client seek a candidate who will deliver and when required manage the day-to-day activities of the team to a high quality standard, including the verification of Shareholder Services data, oversight of processing hubs and delivery of  reporting to Client and Investors.  
 
The Supervisor will allocate and monitor workloads along with providing guidance to team members in the accurate and timely delivery of all required tasks, as well as dealing with and escalating matters of concern to the appropriate levels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure shareholder accounts are opened accurately and in a timely manner, as per procedures.

  • Ensure all Dealing activities are being completed and delivered within agreed timeframes and to a high quality standard.

  • Quality checking of the work and communication of team members.

  • Ensure documentation is received in good order to facilitate the accurate and timely set-up and amendments to accounts.

  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as requested.

  • Liaise with other TA Teams to ensure a timely resolution to queries / requests.

  • Escalation of issues.

  • Ensure procedures and checklists are updated and adhered to.

  • Dealing directly with the Client, particularly those for which you will represent the Department, using a consultative partnership and professional approach.

  • Carry-out cross-training for developmental and back-up purposes, ensuring ownership of the training plan for direct reports.

  • Support and assist other team members during high volumes and staff shortages.

  • Ensure that recurring Client issues are noted, action plans created, actions/issues resolved and advised to Manager.

Experience/Requirements

  • Solid experience in Shareholder Services is essential

  • Good knowledge of the Funds Industry

  • Experience in Client management

  • Experience in signing-off on correspondence with Clients.

  • Effective written / verbal communication

  • Multi-tasking and time management

  • Performance orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office products

  • Fluent English – both verbal and written communication
