Property Solicitor

The Company

Our client, a mid tier firm based in Dublin has an opening for an associate or senior associate to join their Commercial Property their team.

Hybrid working model.

Job Overview; 

As one of the largest Real Estate teams in Ireland, my client offer extensive expertise critical for structuring complex real estate transactions. Working in partnership with their clients to provide a comprehensive consultancy service, always delivering practical solutions. Advising banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals and both private equity and institutional investors on the most high-profile mandates.
Requirements; 
  • 1 - 4 years’ PQE from a top- or mid-tier firm (or smaller boutique property practice)
  • Some prior exposure to commercial real estate is a necessity
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload, and
  • Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment
