Client Service Representative 

About the Position

Retail Client Services is to provide service to unit holders invested in the company funds with direct accounts at the Transfer Agents of the funds in Luxemburg and USA and their service partners primarily in German-speaking markets.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Service incoming queries/inquiries from investors, financial advisors and distributors received by phone, fax, e-mail etc.
  • Effectively with internal departments and third party service providers in Luxemburg, USA, Ireland to ensure excellent customer service and prompt query resolution (Irish domiciled funds).
  • Ensure all written/ e-mail correspondence meets company standards.
 

Experience/Requirements

  • Fluent written & spoken German - native or business competent level required
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Experience in German-speaking business environment an advantage
  • Experience in similar role(s) an advantage
  • Customer focused
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to refocus as volumes demand
  • Approachable and patient
 

Remuneration Package

Salary €35,000-€45,000 plus excellent benefits
Flexible Hybrid working
