About the Company
We are currently working with one of Ireland’s leading consultancies who manage a large iconic civil program in Dublin. They are currently looking to recruit an Asset Lead who can help them in maximising their assets potential and lifespan and maintain constant delivery of supply through thorough preventative maintenance programs.   
This client is one of Europe’s leading names civil programs and carry a reputation of quality and innovation in the areas of Project Management. Maintaining a portfolio of assets is an integral aspect of their success.

About the Position
Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the main central support in providing consulting advice and expertise in the area of project and asset management. You will assess the project work flow and manage these projects accordingly to ensure delivery.

Experience/Requirements 
Within this role you are will:

• Manage projects across the civil and M&E function.
• The development and management of the Annual Maintenance Plan including corrective and preventive maintenance requirements
• Responding to day-to-day equipment site issues
• Ensuring prompt response to system faults and involvement/chairing of fault investigation Groups. 
• Identification and assessment of assets for refurbishment, including initial scoping and preparing capital approvals.
• Development and management of Asset Management plans, policies and standards including research, development and implementation of new approaches and systems for asset management.
• Work on construction related programs.
• Maintenance of ISO55001 Asset Management System

• 5 years experience in a Project Engineering or an Asset Management role
• Experience of plant maintenance and asset management principles
• An ability to educate people in the area of asset management
• Strong stake holder management skills.
• Experience in engineering and construction
• Experience in creating innovative ideas and solutions
• Utilities experience in the areas of Power or Water is desired
• Consulting experience
• A full drivers license
• Experience with Maximo ideally however, other ERP's will be considered.
