Finance Adminstrator, Business Development
About the Company
A leading Investor Services Group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery, are keen to recruit a Finance administrator for their busy Business development, Sales team.
About the Position
Responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing & Customer support on a day to day basis. The role may also include project work and system testing.
Key Responsibilities
- The Associate will liaise directly with clients
- The Associate has strong administration sklls, typically on a sales career path
- Assisting Senior Sales and Marketing professional.
- Preparing pitch documents
- Preparing any documentation for client meetings
- Handling day to day client/consultant queries
- Working with operations teams to facilitate client subscriptions and redemptions
- Managing and producing collateral such as flip books and brochures
- Managing and producing collateral for company website
- Completion of RFPS
- Working with the marketing team on the development of multi-channel marketing strategy
- Implementation of multi-channel marketing strategy
- Data Management - ensuring that fund performance is published and is up to date on the most relevant databases.
Experience/Requirements
- Sales/Marketing experience within Financial Services or Professional
- Graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong commitment to personal development
- Positive attitude, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
Remuneration Package
Hybrid working model
Salary of €40k
