Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
About the Company
We are recruiting an FP&A Manager on behalf of our client an international specialty insurance and reinsurance company based in Dublin. This FP&A Manager will report to the Global Head of FP&A  and will work on a diverse range of planning and analytical initiatives to assist with decision making for the entity. This will suit an experienced FP&A professional with experience in a similar position and with knowledge and experience of the insurance/reinsurance industry.

About the Position
Key Responsibilities

• Be the key business partner in FP&A to key underwriting and finance leaders
• Drive the ongoing strategic and detailed planning cycle
• Continuous incremental income statement and balance sheet forecasting based on business drivers and trends
• Ongoing review of the financial results versus expectations; isolating key trends and analyzing variances
• Complete quarterly commentary and presentations for senior management
• Assist with the production and creation of global MI reports on an ongoing basis

• Relevant experience in a similar FP&A role or a background demonstrating a strong analytical propensity
• Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA)
• (Re)Insurance company experience is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work in an organization with geographically dispersed teams and a complex environment
• A team player who will collaborate within the wider FP&A and global finance team
