About the Company

Brightwater Executive are working with our client, a Healthcare Services organization who act as a global partner to pharma and MedTech manufacturers. They are looking for a HR Director to join them to support their strategic HR plan. This role will focus on supporting and managing a suite of Operational HR programmes to include Total Rewards, HRIS (Workday) and payroll.

About the Position

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will manage a team of professionals that deliver an exceptional employee and manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Workday data operations ensuring adherence to data quality metrics and Service Level Agreements
  • Manage the ongoing phases of the recently implemented HR system and ensure a seamless end-to-end HR system business process delivery.
  • Support the newly formed Payroll in continuing to consolidate a number of existing payrolls and systems across the UK and Ireland
  • Work with Divisional HRD’s to understand the specific business needs across their divisions as well as acting as a Business Partner to central functions of Finance, IT, PMO, Legal, Corporate Development
  • Leading the development and implementation of HR processes and policies to include Hire, Onboarding, ad-hoc employee transactions and terminations.
  • Working closely with L&D and Recruitment on HR projects and initiatives
  • Continue to develop alongside the Total Rewards Lead, the Compensation and Benefits programmes and drive the performance and reward agenda


  • 8-10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver seamless change management.
  • Digital acumen, strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
  • Demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication with stakeholders
