About the Company
We are currently looking to recruit a facilities manager to work on some exciting projects with one of the world’s largest, well known, brands based in South Dublin. This is one of the most exciting facilities roles to come online in a long time. This role would suit someone with a creative mind and desire to create innovative projects across a large site. A keen eye for innovation and improvement is sought for this role and you will be encouraged to think outside the fault line and express yourself in the projects you take on.
About the Position
Within the role you will be involved in

• Working across a large facility and take responsibility for the site
• Manage stakeholders
• Take a holistic view of the site and design improvements and initiatives.
• Detailed assessment and documentation across cost, risk, performance
• Performance management across the business.
• Managing vendors and contracts.
• Manage SLA’s and subcontractor delivery
• Use your creative side to create ideas and project on how best to improve the site
• Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
• Soft services experience is essential in this role.

• 4 years’ experience in a facilities management role.
• Experienced in planning for large facilities
• A creative mentality
• Experience working with large global clients
• A positive attitude and the excellent work ethic.
• People management skills.
