client a leader in the world of investment services and investment management have an exciting job opportunity for a Supervisor Fund Accountant to join their expanding real estate team based in Dublin. Their businesses support the full range of stakeholders of the financial system including-managing the custody of approximately $37 trillion financial assets of the world’s leading institutional investors, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and corporate.
About the Position
My Client seeks a Supervisor fund accountant to join their expanding Real Estate team within their recently completed Dublin office
Key Responsibilities
Expense allocation
Budgeting, cash allocation and compliance.
Manages the performance of assigned staff and sets team priorities.
Manages processes and provides oversight of team to ensure that the daily positions of funds are calculated in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Manages fund expense budgeting and preparation of expense invoices for clients.
Reviews work of team members and ensure expenses are appropriately allocated.
Manages relationships with assigned clients and ensures all questions are answered and issues are resolved.
Sets processes for team to monitor fund compliance with all regulatory company and client specifications
Manages team in working with internal and external auditors to ensure they have information to conduct audits in an efficient manner.
Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Manages a team consisting of fund administration professionals
Experience/Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. CPA preferred.
3-5 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
Accounting or fund administration experience preferred
Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms (not essential, preferred)
Private markets (Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity) fund administration experience (not essential, preferred)

€60-65k salary
