Transaction Associate

A leading global aircraft leasing firm is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Associate to join their team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the execution of aircraft leasing transactions. Reporting to the Senior Transaction Counsel, the Transaction Associate will play a crucial role in supporting transaction lawyers and ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with transaction lawyers to efficiently manage transactions from the documentation phase to contract signature and closing.
Proactively participate in and oversee transaction closings, including document execution processes and fulfillment of all relevant conditions precedent.
Ensure meticulous completion of all documentation within designated deadlines, aligning with the company's high standards and guidelines.
Assist in preparing ancillary documentation, such as lease amendments, side letters, conditions precedent, and corporate approvals, utilizing standardized templates and precedent documents.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with airlines, banks, aircraft buyers and sellers, manufacturers, and maintenance providers.
Coordinate and manage input from technical, credit, finance, and commercial departments during the due diligence processes in aircraft trading transactions.
Engage and liaise with external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions as necessary.
Collaborate with corporate service providers across various jurisdictions to establish and manage special purpose companies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including collating signature pages, arranging board meetings, preparing transaction bibles, updating internal reports, and coordinating billing arrangements with service providers.
Requirements:

Possess a relevant degree or equivalent studies.
Minimum of two years' experience in a business or corporate environment.
Strong skills in drafting and/or reviewing legal documents are highly desirable.
Exceptional commercial acumen and keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, efficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
Proficient in transaction and project management, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
