Regulatory Accountant

About the Company
We are recruiting a new regulatory accountant position within a leading international specialist bank based in Dublin. This person will sit within the accounting team in Dublin with a focus on CRD regulatory reporting.

About the Position
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of regulatory reporting procedures for a credit institution.  
• There will be liaison with UK office regulatory team members.
• Ability to research and apply regulatory guidance is a key component of the role.
• Analysis and documentation of regulatory reporting requirements from EU/CBI guidance
• Design and implementation of regulatory reporting framework, leveraging group procedures and systems
• Production of regulatory required documents including ICAAP, Recovery plan etc
• Production of returns for CBI reporting – prudential & statistical

• Minimum 3 years experience working in regulatory reporting position within a Financial Services organisation.
• Knowledge of CRD IV and CRD V
• Knowledge of Banking/Lending
• Experience in production of regulatory outputs e.g. ICAAP, Recovery plan and regulatory returns
• Knowledge of ILAAP/Liquidity reporting an advantage
• Qualified accountant or relevant qualification preferred but not essential.
