About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of Client Deliverables in line with SLA's
• Oversight and support of all new Client & Fund launches
• Key point of contact for Clients and Internal and External stakeholders to drive deliverables
• You will have accountability on issues raised and escalated by clients and Internal Departments;
• You will develop & maintain key relationships and support networks with other departments, in particular Fund Accounting
• You will target initiatives and projects relating to operational improvements and risk mitigation
• You will review and analyze key risk indicators
• You will manage periodic staff evaluations.

Experience/Requirements

• BA or MSC in Finance or related degree.
• 8 years experience in a similar role
• Audit experience, experience with CBI is a plus
• Risk & Control awareness across Reconciliations
• Expert knowledge of Middle Office functions and processes
