Facilities Coordinator
About the Company
We are currently looking to recruit a facilities coordinator to work on some exciting projects with one of Ireland’s best-known institutions, based in North Dublin. This role would suit someone excellent attention to detail and someone who have experience in stake holder management. A keen eye for innovation and improvement is also desired and you will be involved in a highly functional productive team, where projects are managed and delivery on time.
About the Position
Within the role you will be involved in

• Working across a large facility and take responsibility for the coordination of technical projects
• Manage stakeholders
• Detailed assessment and documentation across cost, risk, performance
• Managing vendors and contracts.
• Manage SLA’s and subcontractor delivery
• Use your creative side to create ideas and project on how best to improve the site
• Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
• Experience in the public sector would be advantage.
• Soft services experience is essential in this role.

• 4 years’ experience in a facilities management role.
• Experienced in planning for large facilities
• A creative mentality
• Experience working in the public or semi stat sector
• A positive attitude and the excellent work ethic.
• People management skills.
• Excellent English skills and the right to work in Ireland

Remuneration Package
The client offers a very competitive rate. They also offer flexibility in regard to working hours. This is initially a temporary assignment with a view to permanency.
