Regional Sales Manager (Cork)

Duties:  

• Management of the Cork based show room plus team with oversight of installation teams.
• Responsible for delivering the teams’ monthly sales and overall annual budget.
• Controlling margin and price levels across the local business in line with market rates. 
• Generating customer enquiries through outbound sales and marketing.
• Arranging product specifications in relation to customer enquiries. 
• Arranging quotations for clients, revisions, and sign offs.
• Ordering stock maintaining stock levels for the business when required.
• Dealing with Architects / Engineers and self-build projects on technical issues.
• Travelling to meet local clients and stakeholders on a regular basis. 
• Monthly Reporting into HQ

• A successful track record in delivering sales as well as sales management.
• Home Refurbishment or construction background. Such sectors as bathrooms, kitchens, glazing or wood products.    
• Technical knowledge, current regulations on energy building requirements.
• Highly organised and self-motivated professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• People management skills preferred.
• Living a commutable distance to Cork.
