About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive and professional service to key stakeholders on all HR related matters, ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR experience.
• Assist with the recruitment, selection, and retention of employees across the business, managing the full recruitment life cycle.
• Co-ordinate and manage all pre and post recruitment and selection activities as required, for the recruitment and selection of staff including participation in interviews as appropriate.
• Assist with the retention of employees across the business
• Facilitate the onboarding and induction program with the wider HR team to ensure a first-class employee experience
• Managing the starter, changes, and leaver processes for employees
• Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact in assisting and advising on employee relations queries.

Experience/Requirements

• 5 years’ + experience as a HR Generalist/ HRBP ideally within financial services
• Degree in HR, Business, or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of Irish Employment law
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
