About the Position
Brightwater are currently partnering with a boutique complex financial solutions provider to recruit for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Based in their Dublin office, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience at HR Generalist\BP level ideally within financial services, with a solid appreciation of working within a large-scale matrix organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive and professional service to key stakeholders on all HR related matters, ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR experience.
Assist with the recruitment, selection, and retention of employees across the business, managing the full recruitment life cycle.
Co-ordinate and manage all pre and post recruitment and selection activities as required, for the recruitment and selection of staff including participation in interviews as appropriate.
Assist with the retention of employees across the business
Facilitate the onboarding and induction program with the wider HR team to ensure a first-class employee experience
Managing the starter, changes, and leaver processes for employees
Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
Act as the first point of contact in assisting and advising on employee relations queries.
Experience/Requirements
5 years’ + experience as a HR Generalist/ HRBP ideally within financial services
Degree in HR, Business, or relevant qualification
Strong knowledge of Irish Employment law
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Remuneration Package
€65,000 - €85,000 plus benefits
