Office and Facilities Manager

About the Position

Our client, a boutique financial services company based in Dublin city centre are currently recruiting for an office and facilities manager due to expansion. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years office and facilities management experience in a corporate fast paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management - manage and coordinate facilities management contract to include security, cleaning, office supplies, IT support and ensure an effective and efficient supervision of day-to-day facilities activities.
  • Manage office access, desks, and seating plans for all new hires
  • Establish, monitor, and manage office–related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers.
  • Administrative site assistance, e.g., coordination and planning of local and offsite meetings/functions, preparation of menu, room capacity, hotel, and travel accommodation.
  • Identification of costs and benefits associated with opportunities and plan ahead to avoid defects and rework.
  • Ensure office health and safety compliance.
  • Day to day office co-ordination

Experience/Requirements

  • Five to ten years office and facilities management experience in a corporate fast paced environment
  • Experience with an office move
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Very strong service approach, hands on mentality and proactive action
  • Driven and motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, ability to prioritise and multi-task and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

Remuneration Package

€70,000 - €100,000 plus benefits
