Recruitment Specialist

Looking for an experienced recruiter to work for a leading insurance company based in Dublin.  You will be part of a well-established HR team and also work closely with stakeholders in the business to help them grow and develop their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business and wider HR team to manage current and future hiring needs
  • Manage and report on the recruitment pipeline for the current year
  • Advertise jobs online and schedule interviews through to offer stage
  • Screen CVs and applications s
  • Provide timely interview feedback
  • Help  with new hires onboarding
 

Experience/Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Experience in the Insurance Sector
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation

Remuneration Package

€65,000 - €70,000 per annum
