Leading Financial Services organisation require a Financial Accountant to join their team. Initially being offered as a fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working
About the Position
Reporting to the Financial controller your role is to contribute to the smooth running of the finance function and will be involved in both operational, compliance and reporting responsibilities of the finance unit.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare month end revenue accruals and client billing.
• Month end process – preparation of control account reconciliations as set down by financial controller within set deadlines.
• Cost reporting – monthly and quarterly cost analysis
• Assistance with analytical review on costs and revenue.
• VAT return preparation.
• Assistance with monthly/quarterly management/board and group reporting
• Regulatory reporting, preparation of regulatory reports.
• Project work as required.

• Qualified Accountant-ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA- at least 2 years pqe
• Financial Services experience desirable but not essential
• Available to start at short notice.
