About the Position
the client provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres.
As a core member of our Banking team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- You will establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the Bank fulfils its depositary obligations.
- You will review and sign-off on all Depositary Administrator work including cash flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets and investment compliance reviews.
- You will provide monthly departmental reporting to management, as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly board reports.
- You will assist with compilation of material for SOC testing, on-site reviews and annual audit.
- You will work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues, building client relationships.
- You will assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
Experience/Requirements
- You have a third level business/finance/ law qualification and a minimum of 3-5 years depositary services experience within the funds industry.
- You are able to display knowledge of hedge funds.
- You have previous experience supervising a team.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
