Job Title
Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a six month contract role based in central Dublin. Your will be working for a leading public sector organisation and will be part of a very experienced HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Support and advise line managers on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems across a wide range of HR areas including performance management, recruitment, reward, starters/movers/leavers procedures, termination and contract expiry
Collaborate with the wider HR team to support business needs and development of HR strategies, learning and development, employee or industrial relations management, and compensation and benefits
Drive high performance and support achievement of business objectives through the interpretation & delivery of HR Data Analysis in collaboration with the Workforce Planning Manager and HR Analyst.
Manage the frameworks and schedules around the interim and enduring performance management processes
Proactively work with teams in the business to communicate and further understanding of HR strategies, initiatives and programmes
Provide regular status or reporting to the HR manager on the quality and level of HR support provided to Úisce Éireann functions
Seek to develop expertise in HR requirements and needs for dedicated functions, so as to best support the function in all workforce-related matters
Experience/Requirements
Relevant third level qualification
3-5 years general HR operations experience
Membership of the CIPD is desirable
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law is desirable
Remuneration Package
€55-60,000 per annum
