Senior HR Business Partner
Great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to work in a regional role for a large pharmaceutical company based in Dublin. You will be working with stakeholders across the globe on areas such as Talent and Leadership development, Workforce planning, DE&I amongst others.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the business to drive change and deliver on shared organizational objectives.
Develop and implement ideas and solutions around key areas such as Talent Development, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organizational Design, DE &I , Workforce Planning
Work closely with the HR Centre of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives
Provide coaching to the leadership team to help them promote the engagement of the company’s core values at all levels.
Work on training, development and succession planning to make sue that key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for stability and employee growth opportunities.
Experience/Requirements
Relevant HR Degree
At least five years experience in a Senior HR Business Partner global or regional role.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment
Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management
Remuneration Package
€85 -90,000 per annum
