Senior HR Business Partner

Great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to work in a regional role for a large pharmaceutical company  based in Dublin.  You will be working with stakeholders across the globe on areas such as Talent  and Leadership development, Workforce planning, DE&I amongst others.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the business to drive change and deliver on  shared organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement ideas and solutions around key areas such as Talent Development, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organizational Design, DE &I , Workforce Planning
• Work closely with the  HR Centre of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives
• Provide coaching to the  leadership team to help them promote the engagement of the company’s core values at all levels.
• Work on training, development and succession planning to make sue that  key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for  stability and employee growth opportunities.

Experience/Requirements

• Relevant HR Degree 
• At least five years experience in a Senior HR Business Partner global or regional role.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment
• Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management
