About the Position

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee our facility's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. The Site Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the distribution goals are met while maintaining high levels of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including production, logistics, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all site activities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure site performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and develop site personnel, including providing training and coaching to employees
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site operations and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations
