About the Company
Our client is a dynamic and growing Gift Card Company based in South Dublin City, and they are currently looking for an Order Processing Executive to join their team. About the Position
As an Order Processing Executive, you will be responsible for the full delivery process from when the order is placed to execution. The role is administration and order processing focused, with some level of customer service required to resolve any issues that may arise. What makes this role great? You will be joining a team of support who will help you become an expert in your field. They will show you the ropes and while they will give you the freedom to learn and take responsibility, they will also be there when you need them. You will be able to really put your new skills to good use during the festive period when you'll be training and guiding temporary staff!
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end order processing, from the moment an order is placed to its execution, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
You will be responsible for both digital and physical orders.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or inquiries related to orders, keeping their customers happy and satisfied.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order management, help them out when needed too.
Utilise Microsoft Office and CRM systems to track and manage orders and customer interactions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of order processing and customer service.
Experience/Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Sales System, is a plus.
1-2 years background in shared services or similar administrative roles is an advantage.
Positive attitude, great work ethic, and strong professionalism.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus points for having a sense of humor!
Remuneration Package
The salary for this role is between 30,000 - 35,000 DOE
Convenient South Dublin City location with a hybrid working model from February to October - Monday to Thursday onsite with every Friday working remotely
