QA Technical Lead

About the Position

For assigned projects, this position will take overall responsibility for delivering the product to production, including solution design documentation, regulatory testing and Agile release. The Lead Mobile Engineer ensures that the features or frameworks developed for the application will be created and deployed in a timely fashion and maintained with high quality in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Guide engineer teams and lead project deliverables
  • Enforce and expedite quality process by proposing and creating automated testing processes.
  • Develop strategies in technical and oversee daily operations, identifying training needs, writing reports, and delegating assignments, collaborating with team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Report test progress and quality status to project stakeholders.
  • Organised and capable to work on multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical field required.
  • 8+ years of working experience in Python, API, and Selenium Automation.
  • Experience in Python object oriented and familiar with test framework.
  • Experience in automation testing in Cloud environment involving MicroServices, dockers, AWS, and familiar with Rest API in Jmeter, postman.
  • Familiar with Jenkin CICD pipeline.
  • Strong coding experience in object oriented programming and able to build logic to handle complex scenarios with Behavior and Data Driven Development like Robot framework or related experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining XPath/CSS selector for Selenium test automation.
  • Framework building experience based on business functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Lead experience in mapping business requirements into test specification, designing test plan, test scripts, and preparing test scope and approach.
  • Proficient in speaking, listening and writing in English
  • Proficient in UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and deliver exceptional results on time.
  • Demonstrated creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with and influence Engineering teams
